Boosting productivity and enhancing employee experience are key trends in differentiating your organization in the competitive landscape. While data can drive insights to improve the customer experience, it can do the same for improving employee experience. Microsoft Workplace Analytics uses data from everyday work in Microsoft Office 365 to identify collaboration patterns and workforce effectiveness. This session will discuss how to leverage this data effectively and lessons learned from our own journey in leveraging Workplace Analytics to improve employee experience.
