With the CardioLog Analytics Activity Log report, you can gain a holistic view of what type of activities are creating more buzz than the others. By comparing posts, comments, questions, and answers to each other, it’s easy to see what type of content is generated more buzz in your Sitrion platform. If you see that many questions are being asked in the portal, but few answers are available, you can then engage your portal users to see why they are lacking the information they may need. Similarly, if you see that many people are “posting”, yet little comments are being produced, you can try to track where in the portal users are getting stuck, or are lacking the initiative to engage with their colleagues.
