What is Microsoft GCC?
Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud (GCC), and is a Microsoft Platform as a Service (PaaS) built on Azure Commercial infrastructure, but is separated from Commercial Microsoft 365 to coincide with Microsoft's accreditation boundary. It is essentially a government focused copy of the commercial environment. It features data centers only in the United States. The following are the compliance frameworks that can be met in GCC:

- DoD SRG Level 2
- FBI CJIS (Criminal Justice Information Services)
- FedRAMP High
