I'm a CardioLog Analytics Customer. What does this mean for me?

Companies within the EU, or who process the personal data of EU residents in the context of providing goods or services, must comply with GDPR. As a CardioLog Analytics customer collecting data via our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, you will likely be considered a data controller under the GDPR.

What role does CardioLog Analytics have?

CardioLog Analytics serves as the data processor for the data you collect via our SaaS solutions. Intlock LTD. has a dedicated SaaS Operations and Development teams, where SaaS Operations team is responsible for ensuring the safe and continuous operation of CardioLog Analytics SaaS. Members of this team are carefully vetted for reliability and responsibility and are trained to be knowledgeable and aware of sensitive information regarding security polices and procedures.

How is the data managed?

All data collected by CardioLog Analytics SaaS on behalf of its clients is the property of the respective client and is classified as highly confidential under the Intlock LTD. information classification policy, which provides employees with the necessary guidance for the handling of all information according to its classification. Access to client data is restricted to legitimate business use only.

Does CardioLog Analytics provide clients with the option to delete client data?

Intlock LTD. deletes all client data according to each client’s data reservation threshold, and upon termination of a contract on a scheduled basis or upon a client’s request.

Where is the data held?

CardioLog Analytics SaaS Infrastructure is divided into multiple, geographically dispersed facilities operated by Microsoft Azure. Microsoft Azure data centers and services maintain the following compliance and security auditing, including: ISO 27001/ISO 27017/ISO 22301, SOC 1/SOC 2/SOC 3, HIPAA/HITECH, and PCI DSS. . CardioLog Analytics SaaS stores and processes customer data primarily in the United States and/or Europe while taking into consideration optimal performance, according to Intlock LTD’s sole discretion.
